About Our Builders
You asked for it, and we listened.
We've switched our builders from all-genres to genre-targeted. This means from now on all our builders will be focused on reaching out and acquiring the kind of readers you need.
Because targeting specific genres might mean waiting longer for our builders to fill up, we've decided our builders would be intimate, smaller than our previous ones. We believe this will also help readers in terms of getting to know each participating author before signing up and in the end result in less unsubscribers on your end.
Promo/Builder Set Up
Our promo page will be structured in the same as we do our other builder, but instead of focusing on either collecting subscribers or social media followers, we will include both. Participants will determine their requirements, be it gaining subscribers or gaining followers, by the use of add-ons. Our add-ons will include Newsletter sign-up, and all the main social media platforms, plus more.

Do I have to own a newsletter?
Newsletters are awesome and very effective when it comes to promotions, but after a few rounds you’ll find that authors start recycling the same subscribers among themselves, which can be frustrating. Our aim is to find fresh subscribers, therefore, we use Facebook ads and other paid advertising methods, which we believe are currently the best ways to attract new subscribers.
That said, if you have a newsletter please share the giveaway with your subscribers. If you don’t have a newsletter, you’re still welcome to join.

What am I required to do?
All builders/promos are GDPR Compliant?
Yes. By signing up for the giveaway, subscribers are made aware that they’ll be agreeing to join each participating author’s newsletter. We also make sure they understand that they will receive regular emails, updates, and/or offers from the participating authors and that they’re free to unsubscribe at any time. All subscribers are required to give their consent by ticking a box on the giveaway page.
What does my payment cover?

What happens next after I sign up?
You will receive a confirmation email.
Once all the spots for your chosen builder are filled, you will be notified through email and you’ll also receive the graphics to use for promotional purposes. We will also tell you the date to start sharing.

When will the giveaway start?
It starts as soon as all the spots are filled, and will run for 30 days.
It’s Simple.
A group of authors come together and contribute toward the purchase of a genre-targeted prize for readers. (Doing it this way is cheaper than an author having to buy the grand prize on their own.) We set up a giveaway page where participants are required to provide their emails when signing up. They’re also required to tick a box as a way of showing they are aware that by entering the promo, they are agreeing to joining each of the participating author’s newsletters.
We use Facebook ads and general sharing by authors to promote and generate traffic. This continues for a month and when the giveaway is over, a winner is selected and all the participating authors are notified. A list of all the subscribers who sign-up for the giveaway is then emailed to every author who participated.

Once we have enough participants, the giveaway begins. All participating authors will be notified and provided with the necessary graphics & a link to share.

Once the giveaway is over and a winner is chosen, all participants will be notified and the list of email subscribers will be forwarded to participating authors.
